Will India go out of the way to ensure justice to Kulbhushan Jadhav?



Kulbhushan Jadhav, the former officer of Indian navy sentenced to death by the military court in Pakistan. It has been said that there should be possible link between the Pakistani army officer who was missing from Nepal and Indian citizen Jadhav who was abducted by Pakistan.

Muhammad Habib Zahir was retired from Pakistan army in 2014 but still worked for ISI after his retirement.

Pakistan blamed that Muhammad Habib Zahir is in custody of Indian intelligence agency, RAW but it is not confirmed from the side of India.

Union home minister Rajnath Singh accused Pakistan for pre planned murder of Kulbhushan Jadhav and ensures that India will take all steps whatever will be needed to ensure his release. He said, prominently in an aggressive posture against Islamabad over the death penalty awarded to the Indian national.

Minister said “Jadhav was not a spy and should be release. As he went out for business Pak agency abducted him.” He asked that Jadhav was carrying an Indian passport do any spies carry passports.

US experts have expresses concern over Pakistan to give death penalty to Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav. According to them Islamabad want to send a strong message to India against isolating it on the world stage.

Jadhav who belonged to Maharastra was arrested on March 5 last year by Pakistan officials allegedly in Balochistan. He was sentenced to death by a military court in a secret trial and the Pakistan’s army chief approved his execution on April 10, 2017.
