Supported Corpse Pose:

Relaxes tension and rejuvenates both the body and mind.

Step

1. Place a folded blanket, bolster, or firm pillow either lengthwise behind you or across.

2. Inhale and exhale deep breaths.

3.Repeat for at least 5 minutes.

This is one of the most easy and relaxing Yoga pose if you are trying for the first time.
