Step

1. Slowly slide forward from Child’s Pose to lie face-down.

2. Place your hands next to your chest as if you are pushing the ground.

3. Inhale a deep breathe by lifting only the body part above your chest with your neck looking straight.

4. Exhale by lowering down your body.

5.Repeat 5 times by holding a deep breath.
