What exactly is depression:

It’s natural when a person is feeling  low sometimes, but if that down mood continues day after day then it could be a signal for depression. Depression is a chapter of sadness with other symptoms that lasts for more than two consecutive weeks and is terrible enough to disrupt our daily activities.

It is not a sign of weakness or kind of negative personality but is treated as a sort of mental illness. Although it has now become a major public health problem but it can be treated if taken care of.

Step

1. Stand over a Yoga mat with your hands placed next to your thighs and stretch your legs with the left one in the forward direction and the right one in the opposite.

2. Slowly inhale and lift your arms and place it overhead, shoulder-width apart, palms facing each other.

4. Exhale as you bend your front knee to 90 degrees and turn your hips toward your right leg. Continue with 8-10 small,Deep breath.

5. Repeat the above steps with the right leg in the front and the left at back.
