Don’t trust your milkman blindly check whether the milk is from India breed cow or not. Desi cow’s milk is slightly yellowish in color where as A1 milk from cross breed cows is complete white in color like a chalk powder paste.

You can also investigate your milkman about which breed cows they keep in their dairy and if possible visit their dairy and check the authenticity. This might sound a little headache but you’re and your family member health matters.
